YIT starts the construction of apartment building projects in Moscow Region and Tyumen, Russia. The total combined value of the projects is over EUR 25 million. The start-ups were recorded in the third quarter. The projects will be completed by the end of first half-year of 2019.
The project started in the Moscow Region, Shchelkovo is the latest phase of an area development project called Finsky. Thus far the project has completed six apartment buildings and a kindergarten. The project will comprise approximately 260 apartments and business premises with the total space of approximately thousand square metres. The project is located close to Klyazma river and a forest park area. It is also located within a short drive of the centre of Shchelkovo.
The project started in Tyumen is the final phase of the Zhukov project and it comprises approximately 290 apartments and business premises with the total space of approximately thousand square metres. The project is located in one of the most beloved areas of Tyumen with an easy reach to developed infrastructure. After completion, the Zhukov project will comprise approximately 900 apartments.
