In Epic, well-being and health are in focus. It is one of Sweden’s first office projects registered for a WELL certification. The certification is based on seven years of medical and scientific research and is based entirely on how the built environment affects people.

Construction starts in the second quarter of 2017. Completion of Epic is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019.

Skanska is one of the leading development and construction companies in the Nordics, with operations in building construction and civil engineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and developing residential- and commercial property projects in select home markets.
