Cushman & Wakefield was appointed manager of 18 commercial properties owned by Deka Immobilien

In June 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was appointed manager of 18 commercial properties in Poland owned by German Deka Immobilien. The properties comprise 473 363 sq. meters.

The property portfolio under Cushman & Wakefield’s management includes twelve office buildings (197 508 sq. meters) in Gdańsk (Waterside), Warsaw (Atrium Garden, Atrium One, Dom Alfa, Dom Beta, Grzybowska Park, Helion, IBC, Luminar Office Building, Mokotowska Square and North Gate), Wrocław (Bema Plaza), three warehouses (187 792 sq. meters) in Bieruń (MLP Bieruń), Szczecin (Tesco Distribution Center) and Tychy (MLP Tychy), two hotels (6 093 sq. meters) in Warsaw (Intercontinental Hotel) and Krakow (Andel’s Hotel), and an office and hotel scheme (25 970 sq. meters) in Poznań (Andersia Tower/Office).
